Cindy has been a leader in Real Estate in the Twin Cities market for over fifteen years. After having a successful real estate business herself, in 2004, she partnered with her husband Joe, and co-founded the Joe and Cindy Team. Together they grew to a $50M year real estate team and have been recognized nationally and internationally as being among the best in the Real Estate industry and recognized by Real Trends as one of America’s Best Real Estate Teams. In 2015, the Joe and Cindy Team became the JCT Group and Cindy took the role of team lead and listing and marketing specialist.   As one of the top Home Sellers in the southwest suburbs of Minneapolis the past decade, Cindy and her team have set the pace for sales performance in many neighborhoods.   Creative marketing and a pro-active approach to the home buying and selling process have been key attributes that have driven the team’s success.  As principal of the real estate team, Cindy personally oversees the team’s operations and marketing, as well as personally working with many listing, relocation, and past clients.  As a past member of the Army National Guard and ND small town farm girl, Cindy learned the discipline of hard work and dedication she carries with her in her commitment to her clients.  She graduated from the University of North Dakota with a BA in Public Relations and continues to educate herself in real estate trends and technology year after year.  Cindy focuses on the marketing and selling of properties in the SW Suburbs of the Twin Cities, specifically Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, the Minnetonka school district and Lake Minnetonka Areas.

Her designations include CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist),ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute), e-PRO (Professional with latest technology), PME (Property Marketing Specialist), CCE (Certified Community Expert), CBR (Certified Buyer Representative), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), and various relocation and new construction certifications.  Prior to obtaining her real estate license and then her real estate brokers license, Cindy worked in Marketing so real estate was a natural move for her. She prides herself in adapting and constantly learning the latest marketing and real estate trends to give her clients the upper edge and gain the results they desire.

She has been living in Eden Prairie since 1998 and stays active within the community, as well as surrounding communities.  Outside of real estate she loves spending time with her family, walking, golfing, watching movies and cheering on her children in their activities.
