Brookhill is a Chanhassen neighborhood containing approximately 125 homes. Most of the properties were built by Rottlund in the mid to late 1980′s to the mid 1990′s.
There are two main entrances to the development, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere at all times. A huge nature area, which is part of Rice March Lake Park, is on the south border.
Located near the east edge of the town, this wonderful neighborhood is served by the Eastern Carver County School District and is perfectly positioned for just about anything. Seconds from downtown Chanhassen and easy access to Hwy 5, you will have many dining, shopping and entertainment options right under your nose.
As mentioned above, Rice Marsh Lake Park is not only a stones throw away but residents can easily enjoy this 70-acre site which contains marsh and wetlands that attract birds and other wildlife. The upland portion of the park offers a picnic area, playground, trail connections, ball field, basketball court and off-street parking.
